In Lesson 1: The Challenge Knot, you learned how to tie a knot in the middle of a rope without letting go of either end of the rope. In this final lesson, you will learn a more sophisticated and impressive way to pull off this miracle!
My advice is to divide the learning of this trick into two parts.
Practice steps 1-7 first. This is the Set Up for the trick. You will want to be able to execute these steps easily, without concentrating on each move. This will take some practice but, once you have the, the rest of the trick will be much easier. If you don’t get these steps correct, then steps 8-10 will be impossible and the trick won’t work.
